Construction and maintenance of Store Block (G+M) + Substation + Guard Room + Boundary Wall that works except in so far as the Contract. The works cover the civil works for the buildings with all related facilities complete in every respect with all ancillaries as described in detail in the Specifications. The works shall be as per Specifications, Drawings, and Contract conditions herewith. The work also includes all types of MEP services, External works, equipment, site office for Engineers temporary building works.
