Proposed Factory (G) Office (G+M+1) and Utility building

This project involves the EPC delivery of a state-of-the-art industrial development within JAFZA, Dubai, designed to support modern manufacturing and logistics operations. The development comprises a factory block, a G+2 office building, a dedicated substation, car parking facilities, gatehouses, and drivers’ amenities. The scope of works includes detailed engineering, procurement, civil and structural construction, MEP installations, fire and life safety systems, external utilities and infrastructure, as well as testing, commissioning, and final fit-out works. The project is being executed to meet the highest standards of quality, safety, functionality, and operational efficiency, ensuring a fully integrated and future-ready industrial facility.
